Welcome to Al Tibyan Institute. By registering for our live online classes, you agree to comply with the following basic terms and conditions.


1. Registration & Account Setup

  • Accurate Information: Parents or adult students must provide valid contact details (email and phone number) during registration to receive class links and updates.

  • Student Conduct: Students are expected to show respect, attend classes on time, and maintain a quiet, suitable learning environment during live sessions.

2. Scheduling & Attendance

  • Punctuality: Tutors will wait up to 10–15 minutes past the scheduled start time. If the student does not join within this window without prior notice, the class will be marked as a unexcused absence and cannot be made up.

  • Cancellations & Makeup Classes: To qualify for a makeup class, you must notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled lesson with the exception of emergencies. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Teacher Absence: If an instructor misses a class, we will either provide a qualified substitute or offer a makeup class at your convenience.

3. Tuition & Payments

  • Billing Cycle: Tuition fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis before classes begin.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Payments cover reserved tutor hours and administrative costs; therefore, paid monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started except in unforeseen circumstances.

  • Discontinuation: You may pause or cancel your enrollment at any time by notifying administrative support before your next billing date.

4. Technical Requirements & Security

  • Equipment: Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a working device (computer, tablet, or phone), and audio capabilities.

  • Class Privacy: To protect student and teacher privacy, students are strictly prohibited from recording audio or video of live classes without explicit written permission from the institute.

5. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms as needed. Any significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email or through our official website.
